Which U.S. States Burn the Most Coal?

The United States’ new Clean Power Plan requires all states to limit their emissions, but this rule will fall harder on the most coal-dependent states. Which states use coal the most? How can states like West Virginia and Kentucky continue to generate the same amount of electricity while cutting down hugely on one of their main energy sources — coal? Read more here!
