UNICEF Report Describes Grim Trends for the Poorest Children

A new UNICEF report reveals that while the Millennium Development Goals contributed to “tremendous progress for children”, it may also encourage nations to measure progress only by statistical averages, in which cases the poorest and most vulnerable children are usually ignored. It is always the slowest ship but not the fastest one who decides the speed of the fleet. Hence how to ensure the benefit of the most disadvantaged children is the priority of all global level progress goals.
